The 25% deposit is non refundable and full payment is due before the finished dress is collected. Bespoke garments are made to measure and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, once fabrics are ordered these are also non refundable. Change in fabrics means the extra cost of these fabrics. Minor tweaks in the design finishes and detailing will not incur an extra charge and I encourage you to have a say along the way. Major changes to the final design or additions and tweaks after work has been complete will result in extra charges. These charges will be worked out based on the time it will take to complete. This also applies to weight gain or loss and pregnancy if not previously mentioned, resulting in major alterations being carried out.
